“Jenny Will save a Convertible” is the 1st ebook composed and illustrated by U. of I. learners to be released via a job with Illinois Engineering Ambassadors, a public outreach and professional growth team for pupils in the Grainger School of Engineering.

Bioengineering professor Jennifer Amos, who co-started and co-directs the group, explained she intends for “Jenny” to be the inaugural volume in a series of kid’s publications that will pique young people’s curiosity in science, technologies, engineering and mathematics.
